Jason Blank
Chief Executive Officer
Jason leads the team at The Office Group. A born optimist, he combines his passion for property with a love of operating businesses. Committed to customers, The Office Group continues to set the pace in flexible offices, in its second decade. Previously Jason co-founded Brockton Everlast, a real estate private equity investor and developer, building on his real estate investment experience at both Merrill Lynch and MFS Investment Management.
Olly Olsen
Executive Chairman
With over 20 years' experience in the industry, Olly has been at the forefront of the workplace revolution. Passionate about supporting this industry and developing the next generation of entrepreneurs, he’s a member of the Workspace Advisory Group, an advisory body to the Deputy Mayor and the London Economic Action Partnership (LEAP).
Toby Ogden
Chief Operating Officer
A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Toby is responsible for all customer-facing touch points, covering sales, operations, real estate, and international markets. He is passionate about creating flexible spaces built around people, not corporate hierarchy.
Jasper McIntosh
Chief Information Officer
Jasper leads The Office Group’s technology and data teams, delivering innovative solutions that improve customer experience and drive operational efficiency. Jasper spent 9 years as CIO of the UK’s 2nd largest gym operator and has previous experience delivering e-commerce platforms for GSK and managing a financial derivatives team for Barclays Bank.
Fiona Wenlock
Chief People Officer
Fiona joined The Office Group from her most recent role as Global Chief People Officer at Stella McCartney. With over 20 years’ experience in the retail industry, Fiona has led and executed HR strategies and business transformation programmes including turnarounds, integration, international responsibilities and cultural change.
Matthew Buckingham
Chief Operations Officer
Matthew leads our Operations and Facilities teams, driving customer advocacy initiatives across Fora. With over two decades of experience in hospitality and operations, Matthew is passionate about creating seamless, customer-centric experiences that prioritise members' needs at every touchpoint. His leadership continues to deliver an extraordinary customer experience for our members.

Group Commercial Director
Alex Clark is the Group Commercial Director at Fora, overseeing both the Marketing and Sales teams to drive customer retention, new business acquisition, and the evolution of the Fora brand. With over seven years of experience at The Office Group and Fora, Alex has been instrumental in shaping high-quality, flexible workspaces across the UK and Germany.
